This phase focuses on a program which will help to:
  • re-train the injured tissues
  • correct postural imbalances due to injury
  • improve proprioceptive and body-kinesthetic awareness
Our therapists will focus on stabilizing the body to allow for pain-free movement. Specific core strengthening exercises will be the key focus of this phase. By developing a strong core, patients will be able to activate the correct muscles for postural stability. This will create the building blocks for normal movement patterns.
